For those who have been waiting for the upcoming dramas such as No Limits 泳闯琴关, The Family Court 走进走出, Unriddle 最火搭档…here’s the 1st preview video of these new dramas still in production. You will find many of your favorite stars and some are playing roles they have never done before.

If such ‘medium dramas’ are going to be produced, I hope that Ang Eng Tee will be chosen to write them, as the last few long running dramas have been VERY mediocre. I hope for improvement in these longer dramas’ standards.

Yes i agree with LittleBojan that it is not easy in the acting industry in
Taiwan especially Channel such as Sanli TV,Minshi TV,Taiwan TV and Da Ai TV.
You had to wait for your turn to act and sometimes wait whole day only one
scene{a few mins on tv} or nope at all. They dun store scripts. Scriptwriter
write the scripts on the same day few hour before the filming. Also their
drama is Live run{0.5-1 day old after complete filming the entire 1 episode}
that would only take an expert actor to do that.
I have had been an ex-assistant for 3.5years for this guy Jiang Guo Bing
{who in the past like to act evil role}. I work from evening to morning almost
everyday very tiring as my ex-boss always act as main role. If i’m very tired
then they are 3X more tired than me. I can’t take the long working hours and
i quit although my ex-boss pay me high salary NT$4,000 per day. Those who like
acting and can stand very long time without sleeping can apply for an acting
job for taiwan major TVs as the money is good as you can get money within 2day
Leading role NT$80,000-NT$90,000 per episode 1 Month shoot 18-22 episodes
Main role NT$70,000-NT$80,000 per episode 1 Month shoot 18-22 episodes
Supporting role NT$30,000 per episode 1 Month shoot 8-16 episodes
When divide into S$ by 22-23 times which you will earn at least S$1,300 per
day or day and a half as a support character. Which means every month you will
earn between S$10,400 to S$20,800.

Yes 7 days for the same drama is just too much. 2 days of Ai on weekends is
enough. Here i suggest some nice drama for channel 8 and channel U.
Channel 8 monday Taiwan Tornado 7pm to 12pm.
Channel 8 Tuesday N Wednesday Jin Se Mo Tian Lun 7pm to 12pm.
Channel 8 Thursday N Friday Niang Jia 7pm to 12pm.

That means after 19 July no local show. This draggy drama when end. Like that how the local star earn money(go home eat ourself). And not all local artise are highly paid only the A-list only. Majority of them get 1 hundred plus to a few hundred buck per episodes. Like this many stars here cannot get the salary. Why so stingy? Cut cost by not showing local show.

Ai do 7 days. WOW I’m so happy. Everyday can see chiobu Shuhua meimei and chiobu Jialing meimei. I hopr channel U can also air some taiwanese main drama. I like their drama, Acting skill very good despite working 24/7 just to aired 500mins drama or 5episodes in a week. Some Actress claim they never sleep for 2 to 3 weeks can still look so pretty. Dun know how they maintain, i think is natural beauty. Hope u all can air more pretty girl drama for me. THANK A LOT

Paul,I am living overseas and used to be able to watch your hand in mine from where i am but why can’t I see it now?suggest mediacorp gets something like mobtv again.it was convinient as last time when there was mobtv i could get someone to download it in singapore and then bring it here to where i live and i could watch peacefully without any buffering.

ok, something that’s not related to this post -
Today (11 Jun), I saw DAI YANG TIAN & ANN KOK having dinner together at this Dong Bei Restaurant @ Geylang Lorong 1.
Ann Kok was wearing a pink t-sirt (she’s very very small sized) & Dai Yang Tian was wearing a white singlet.
They were seated just beside the glass door (where there were alot more empty corner seats in the restaurant), so obviously everyone who walked past can see them. They were behaving quite intimately, like best friends or a couple.
So, does that mean that they are ready to make it official? ;p

MediaCorp shouldn’t air Love everyday, those who dislike the drama have no choice but to watch such a drama, would rather Channel 8 aired something else. Please tell the programming side that many people are not pleased with the changes. Thanks.

This is because the students are forced to watch as their parents forces them to watch ! I bet every student at school will complain of this show at school when this show is shown day .

Why broadcast 爱 everyday? Why not play different show to have more variety of 7pm drama? Too many these kind of long dramas are kind of turned off for viewers. Why are your only catering to the likes of the older aged viewers.
